Medical Congress

The Congress Lab Division of Made in Uvet, specialised in the organisation of medical and scientific congresses, is registered as a Provider in the official Register of the National Agency for Health Services, in compliance with the Italian legislation regarding Continuous Education in Medicine. Together with the Scientific Committee, composed of experts in the various fields, it ensures skill and experience for both the planning and execution of medical training events.
It creates training projects that cover all aspects of the various medical sector professions, from clinical to legal and management roles. Starting from the analysis of training requirements, it utilizes competences in the epidemiologic and scientific projecting fields to provide innovative tools and create relevant training courses. Made in Uvet also provides operational and strategic support designed to guarantee the maximum investment value, from secretarial services to member relationship management, from administrative management to associative marketing.

Convention & product launches

Made in Uvet can plan, produce and manage Conventions with 50 to 10,000 participants, taking care of every minimum aspect of the event. Important Italian and international companies ask us to organise their strategic events every year. These include Global Meetings for dealers, Events for discussing achieved goals and presenting new targets, the launch of new vehicles on the market using 3D visors and laser lights to indicate a “Changing Mindset”, as well as tailor-made communication projects that highlight the vitality of the brand values. The objective is to transform each event into a unique and memorable experience every time. To make this happen, each aspect is managed right down to the finest detail as if it were the core element of the event, including the entertainment, team and motivation-building activities. A dedicated team will also manage the communication for the event and develop it from A to Z, creating video, audio and graphic content.

Made in Uvet is the market leader of the Corporate Travel segment in Italy. Each year it makes over 500,000 air travel bookings and manages more than 250,000 room nights to ensure that its customers can experience trouble-free work transfers. It supports customers participating in trade fairs and exhibitions throughout Italy and Europe, assigning a team of experts to provide all the transport and accommodation services required by the delegations year after year, ensuring their professional activities can be performed smoothly during the transfer.
