Depart on an excursion by motorboat to discover the three famous islands of the Venetian Lagoon: first stop at a glass-blowing factory on Murano, then continue with a relaxing walk in Burano, where traditional lacemaking workshops are scattered among the island’s brightly colored homes; last stop in Torcello, the “cradle” of Venetian civilization where to visit the Byzantine Cathedral.
The journey across Northern Italy goes through Ortisei, which is the largest of all the villages in Val Gardena, at 1236 m above sea level, in the midst of the famous Dolomite mountain scenery. Named UNESCO World Heritage site thanks to its exceptional beauty, the town is famous for its artistic wood carvings and beautiful pedestrian area with shops and bars. Worth the visit the Ladin Museum, with its large collection of artistic craftworks from 17th to 20th century. Enjoy a day for relax or go for trekking. You can catch the funicular connecting Ortisei to Alpe Rasciesa at 2100m and admire the wonderful panorama.
Reach the scenic Alpe di Siusi at the foot of the Europe’s largest and most beautiful Alpine meadow. An exciting one-hour drive will take You to Tirolean Bolzano; take time to explore the town and its environs.
Discover Trento, a young lively city, and the romantic Verona, famous for being the setting for the Shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet. Stroll along the city center and its most beautiful sights.
Travel along the splendor of Garda Lake enjoying breathtaking views of the wonderful villages on the eastern shores, such as the “Baia del Silenzio”, a peaceful beach surrounded by green olive and fir trees, directly overlooking the clear waters of the lake. Stop in the picturesque town of Sirmione, a must to visit for anyone who is on Lake Garda. This old fishing village offers romantic views and picturesque spots to visit, such as the archaeological site of the Catullo Caves.
Conclude Your journey in Milan, one of the world’s fashion capital and home to the Italian style. Take a leisurely walking tour of this cosmopolitan city, famous for its magnificent Gothic Duomo and celebrated La Scala opera house.
