We are delighted to be able to offer these high quality, contemporary villas, which form part of the Hotel Villas Resort complex. Situated in their own fantastic gardens, the villas are only 500m from the beautiful sandy beach, which can be accessed on foot or by golf carts which can be rented locally. Sunbeds and umbrellas are complimentary from the third row onwards.

Situated on two floors, they go from 220 m² to 330 m² and are composed of 3 or 4 bedrooms, 3 to 5 bathrooms, big living room, kitchen, barbecue, wide covered porches for open-air lunches and dinners and a big hall. The villas are surrounded by a walled garden (approximately 1.000 m²) with olive trees and plants from the Mediterranean maquis.

The centre of Costa Rei is 1km away, and has a central piazza with a small selection of shops and cafes etc. For a larger choice, Villasimius (approximately 14 km) offers a good selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and gelaterias.

Villa guests have access to the reception and services of the Hotel Villas Resort, some with extra charge and on reservation. For a local charge, villa guests can arrange to have lunch or dinner served in their villa, via the Resort’s catering service. Additional services can be also available with Villas Card “Silver” and “Gold”. These villas offer the perfect setting for those who enjoy the freedom of self-catering accommodation, but who also want the amenities of a hotel close by.
