The private Alpine tour starts from Milan, one of the world’s fashion capital and home of the Italian style. Take a walk through the city center to admire its art and historical highlights but also some of the best glamour streets for luxury shopping.
Travel through the splendor of Aosta Valley to reach Chamonix, a picturesque Alpine town at the foot of Mont Blanc, the Europe’s highest peak, and ascend to Le Brévent in a modern cable car for a breath-taking view. End Your day with a traditional dinner of raclette or of fondue!
Your journey continues across the wonders of French Alps. You will have the opportunity to choose between several great hiking trails with stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif.
Departure on an excursion to the heart of the Swiss Alps, a massively impressive region of classic scenery, such as high peaks, sheer valleys and cool lakes. Reach the Bernese Oberland, centred on the Jungfrau Region, and explore the magnificent Lauterbrunnen Valley, which is twice as deep as Yosemite. The valley is flanked by vertical cliffs and waterfalls and crowned by a trio of Switzerland’s most formidable Alps: Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The scenery there is simply stunning! Take the cable car from Grindelwald to Männlichen, and from its summit you can go on the panoramic path to the Kleine Scheidegg or on the romantic trail to Alpiglen. Each is very worthwhile and will be your single best memory of Switzerland.
The tour also features the visit of both the Neuschwanstein Castle, named “the castle of the fairy-tale king” and the Hohenschwangau Castle, a medieval fortress owned by the knights of Schwangau until the 16th century. You will reach the Zugspitze, Germany’s highest point. At the top You will stay with one foot in Germany and the other in Austria, Enjoying amazing views of each!
Before heading towards Italy Alps, stop in Innsbruck to experience the unique combination of alpine and urban environments. Drive into Italy where the forested Austrian Alps give way to the peaks of the Italian Dolomites offering breath-taking views. Reach the scenic Alpe di Siusi at the foot of the Europe’s largest and most beautiful Alpine meadow. You will also enjoy an exciting one-hour drive to Tirolean Bolzano; take time explore the town and its environs.
The journey ends by visiting the romantic city of Verona, famous for being the setting for the Shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet. Stroll along the city center and its most beautiful sights.
